Our approach ensures that your loved ones receive the highest quality of care through a dedicated multidisciplinary team consisting of a nurse and a case manager. We also offer respite care for primary caregivers, care consultations to guide families through complex medical needs, and long-term care planning to help clients and their families make informed decisions about the future.

Luz Z Lopez is the Founder and Chief Executive Director of Happy Care MA, bringing over 20 years of dedicated experience in long-term care planning and direct support for individuals living with disabilities, chronic conditions, and aging-related needs. A lifelong advocate for equity in care, Luz has devoted her career to building inclusive, person-centered systems that empower individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Her professional journey spans work with diverse populations across clinical, home-based, and community settings, where she has developed a reputation for compassionate leadership and innovative service delivery. Under her guidance, Happy Care MA has grown into a trusted provider of Adult Foster Care, respite services, and care consultations throughout Massachusetts.
